Dr. Charles Lietzau (1946-2022)Dr. Charles Lietzau, known to friends as "Chuck", was a field researcher and zoologist from the state of Michigan,USA. — We first met Chuck around 2016 during a field expedition with fellow researcher and friend Robert Daigle.
Throughout our many years of knowing him, Chuck demonstrated an unwavering passion for the natural world and an insatiable curiosity about its inhabitants. One of Chuck's most remarkable qualities was that of his passion for science and the unknown realm of cryptozoological creatures he studied. His kindness, generosity and intellect will be cherished forever. |
Mike Wooley (1955-2019)Mike Wooley, known best for his 1981 Bigfoot encounter and subsequent documentary Skookum: The Hunt for Bigfoot (2016), was a researcher and resident of Louisiana, USA. In 2016, we reached out to Mike to hear his story, and it was featured in that year's "Squatchy Story Contest."
To those who knew him here at the NABH Research Organization, Mike was a genuine guy, —laid back & always to-the-point— his stories never ceasing to be filled with enthusiasm, wonder and inspiration. We have lost a truly amazing friend. |
